Environmental Production Process

As a result of pretreatment with EOC, the fiber structure of cotton is applied in depth.

Thanks to this process, the cotton product, which gained superior features, did not find any heavy metal residue in the wastewater analysis performed after the process.

The pH level of the wastewater was measured as 8.00 potable level. As a result of the ICP test performed after the conventional procedure, 80 mg / l Iron and 300 mg / l Magnesium are encountered and the PH level reaches 12. This is the most important proof of how environmentally friendly the EOC process is.

EOC provides energy savings in production not only with the clean water it discharges but also thanks to its award-winning process, as it reduces the fabric processing time.

Antibacterial

The most important change that the EOC process makes on cotton fiber is that it provides a permanent Anti-Bacterial property.

In our daily life, we have achieved an antibacterial result of up to 86% as a result of our analysis on bacteria that affect our children.

Antibacterial properties, odors after sweating, molds and bacteria caused by ambient humidity, textile products that cannot be cleaned sufficiently threaten our health and comfort in all areas.

Antibacterial properties are used in baby products, sports textiles, hotel-spa etc. It can be used in hospitals in public areas, as well as in all areas under harsh working conditions where contact with bacteria is experienced in all ways.

With all these features, EOC is Anti-Allergic and Anti-Fungal due to its natural mineral structure and does not naturally produce bad odors.

The EOC, which has received the UPF (Ultraviolett Protection Factor) 50+ result in tests performed in internationally accredited laboratories, is the best result naturally obtained in this field with 100% cotton. Electromagnetic Shielding

It is an energy package in the nature that lives with us in the form of radiation, photons and particles.

Radon Gas Absorption

Radon gas is a radioactive gas that is found in closed spaces such as home and office and in nature.

According to the World Health Organization, Radon gas is the second leading cause of lung cancer after smoking.

Its effect on lung cancer is between 3-14% according to the smoking rate and the country’s average Radon gas rate. The rate of smokers being affected by Radon gas is 25 times higher than normal.

Cotton fabrics treated with EOC were measured to hold up to 22% Radon gas.

Late Flammability

Cotton fabrics treated with EOC were measured to have 30% flame retardancy.

In the researches, it has been determined that the textiles are 24% among the first ones in any fire hazard. This poses a serious danger. Late flammability is of great importance not only in public spaces, but also in our homes.

In this respect, EOC with non-toxic late flammability provides an important safety.

Brom and Florin, used in conventional conditions to ensure late flammability, were not detected on fabrics treated with EOC. In addition, the fabric turns yellow and emits an unpleasant odor in processes for late ignition, except EOC.

Increased Strength

Especially in textile products that are used in difficult conditions and where tensions are intense, textile products that wear and tear quickly due to industrial washing conditions, EOC achieves nearly twofold success.

In hotel and hospital textiles, products wear out very quickly due to intensive washing and chemicals. While it is 250 (N), which is accepted as the standard, results have been reached with ECO up to 968 (N). This eliminates one of the most important problems encountered in the life of textiles.

It is the highest value that can be achieved in a 100% cotton product without adding any mixture in cotton and yarn.

Permanent Features with EOC

All features are permanent in EOC. As a result of the washing tests performed at 40 ° C for 45 minutes, it has been observed that it loses its EOC feature up to 50 washes by only 18%, but it retains this feature completely after 50 washes.

This feature is achieved without any manipulation of GMO water and without adding a supporting mixture to the yarn, reaching the highest level in the EOC field.

Excellent Water Absorbency – Hydrophilicity

Thanks to the homogeneous surface provided by EOC without destroying the natural surface, superior hydrophility is provided.

Cotton products accepted as standard 5-10 sec. Time of water absorption between 1 sec in EOC. Below. Thanks to the high liquid spread to the surface, EOC absorbs water faster and dries faster. In this way, significant liquid and moisture control is provided.

Formaldehit

EOC does not contain formaldehyde.

Formaldehyde is applied in order to give textile products some features.

Formaldehyde is accepted up to 16 ppm in baby products and up to 75 ppm in adults.
